Overview
Dual wall heat shrink tubing is engineered for applications where a simple insulating sleeve is not enough — where the connection must remain permanently moisture-proof. The outer cross-linked polyolefin wall provides mechanical strength and UV resistance, while the inner thermoplastic adhesive layer flows under heat to fill every gap, void and surface feature. The result is a bonded, hermetically sealed assembly that does not rely on tight fit alone.
