What Are Heat Shrink Termination Kits?
Heat shrink termination kits are pre-engineered assemblies designed to safely terminate power cables at switchgear terminals, transformers, poles and other electrical equipment in both indoor and outdoor environments. These systems use heat-activated shrinkable materials to create moisture-proof, UV-resistant seals that protect electrical connections from environmental stress, tracking and electrical breakdown.
VIKCHEM's termination kits are manufactured using high-quality polymeric materials and undergo rigorous testing per IS/IEC standards. They are compatible with XLPE, PVC, PILC, FRLS, EPR and control cables in single-core, 3-core and 3.5-core configurations.

Straight Boot Termination
Most common configuration for vertical cable terminations in distribution transformers. Provides excellent insulation coordination and stress control. Suitable for 11kV to 33kV applications.
Angle Boot & Elbow Termination
Pre-moulded elbow connectors for right-angle connections. Designed for compact switchgear and padmount transformers. Space-saving designs for congested electrical enclosures.
