Overview
Bus bar tubing is a large-diameter heat shrink insulating sleeve purpose-made for electrical bus bars in switchgear, motor control centres and distribution panels. Unlike wrapping tape, bus bar tubing provides uniform, consistent wall thickness around the entire bus bar profile — including corners and bends — ensuring reliable phase-to-phase and phase-to-earth insulation. The colour coding (red/yellow/blue for RYB phases, green-yellow for earth) eliminates phase identification errors during maintenance and meets IS 375, IEC 60439 and CEA wiring regulations.
